| Adele-Puhn's 5 Day Miracle Diet
Adele strongly believes that
the true success to losing weight comes down to the timing of
when you eat and of course what you eat.
She is not a firm believer of
starvation so at least you get to eat a variety of foods
following her 5 Day Miracle Diet. Her 5 Day Diet plan is
supposed to help your body deal with cravings by leveling your
blood sugar levels. This is of course the main reason for most
dieters indulging in cakes, cookies and lollies. So if you have
been cursed with several sets of sweet teeth, Adele may be able
to help you.
First off, you need to make
sure that you eat within 30mins of waking. This meal of the day
should include some protein and starch. Two hours later you
need to consume a hard chewable snack such as an apple or maybe
some carrots. Not the most filling items to eat, but they are
low in fat, they have natural sugars and they also contain a
mix of healthy minerals and vitamins.
Lunch should be eaten no later
than 1pm to include one serving of protein and vegetables.
Dinner should be no later than 7pm and it should be the last
meal of the day. The exact same guidelines apply for dinner.
You must make sure that you eat a hard or soft chewable snack
in between. As time progresses you can add such items as whole
grain sources, potato's and beans. For the full 5 Day Diet
instructions you will need to purchase her book which is only
$7 from Amazon at the moment.
I do actually think Adele's 5
Day Miracle Diet plan is quite good, there is a mix of
proteins, carbs, fruits, and vegetables. If you can curb the
need or desire to crave sugary or high fat foods what a bonus
that would be. If you compare this book to some of the other
detox and juice fasting diets, there is quite a substantial
amount of food for you to eat. I don't know how you would go
over the long term with this diet as some readers have found
the book to be too restrictive. It seems to be more about
reduced calories and low fat than anything else. Other readers
have said that her book is a bit disorganized and that it lacks
consistent instructions for use. Here is a link for you to

readers of her book at Amazon:

Reviews
I guess its a matter of
sticking with something that you think you can follow. If a
3 Day
Diet with extreme reduced calories appears to be too
daunting you could consider Adele's program because it includes
a lot more food items. Every weight loss program is going to
include an element of hunger I don't think there is truly
anyway to get around the issue. However as each day passes by,
those hunger pains diminish because your body is adjusting and
losing body fat. Therefore whether you chose a 3, 10 or 5 Day
Diet or even something more long term and permanent hang in
there for the first few days, any new eating plan will cause a
slight discomfort in terms of hunger pains!
