Fitness Model Program Review
Jennifer Nicole Lee is the Author of
the Fitness Model Program.
And hopefully this Fitness Model Program Review will shed some light as to whether or not you should buy
it.
I know Jen has all the bells and whistles
available at her disposal when it comes to marketing. This certainly helps to fluff with any type of
product in order to make it look great.
But how does The Fitness Model Program really "Stack Up" against the rest? Does this All American Girl have what it
takes to be your mentor?
The diet program itself is great, there is
some prep work involved. You'll be pleased to know that the food options or choices will fit into your normal
diet. Well I do mean in the sense of everyone in your household being able to eat the same food you
do! There is nothing worse than eating lettuce when your husband's got a burger! If you want to see

As for the exercises, they are hard work.
Although she says that you should work out only 3-4 times per week, they are pretty tough. Maybe that is
why the results are noticeably within a couple of weeks. No pain, no gain I guess!
One thing to mention is that you have to make
sure you eat the suggested foods and recipes otherwise it won't work as quick. I also did cardio a
couple of days or walking, which ever I felt like at the time.
You won't need to buy any expensive home gym
equipment to go with the course. I just used my stability ball instead of a bench and I already had some hand
weights.
There is some guff on beauty and all that
jazz and I suppose that will be helpful if you want to enter the Fitness Model industry. I'm not
that keen and probably far too old now (hahaha) but the information may be useful in your hands!

I do think the price is pretty steep but it all
depends on what you are prepared to pay in order to lose weight. If I calculated all the money I spent at Jenny
Craig and Weight Watchers not to mention the Gym then The Fitness Model Program trumps them all!
Jennifer has a positive attitude with
affirmations and that sort of thing, if your not into that you may not be into her program
either.
